Motobike Istanbul family came together at the opening ceremony
Press members and media partners, representatives of participating companies, thousands of motorbike and bicycle enthusiasts watched the opening ceremony, which was broadcast live on social media. Among the speakers were Messe Frankfurt Mobility and Logistics Vice President Michael Johannes, MOTED Chairman of the Board Başarı Erbaş, Motul Turkey Sales Director Kerem Oyılmaz, Garanti BBVA Consumer Finance Director Koray Öztopçu and Maher Holding Insurance Group President Ahmet Yaşar. At the ceremony where our citizens who lost their lives in the earthquake disaster on February 6 were commemorated, the speakers talked about the rapid development of motorbike use in Turkey, the increase in demand for electric motorbikes and bicycles, and the SCT reduction.
Intense interest despite heavy rain
As in previous years, priority entry was given to VIP guests and press members on the first day of the fair, and the fair was opened to general visitors at noon. Despite the transportation difficulties due to the heavy rain prevailing throughout Istanbul, motorcycle and bicycle enthusiasts showed great interest in the fair on the first day. Organized with the contribution of Garanti BBVA and hosted by famous names from the motorbike world, the Motobike Academy seminar program and breathtaking performances in the show area continue to offer all visitors an enjoyable content in a festive atmosphere.
The fair ends on Sunday, April 30
Motobike Istanbul, the biggest motorbike and bicycle meeting of Turkey and neighboring countries, will be open to visitors until 18:00 on Sunday, April 30. Entrance tickets for the fair, whose door opening time is 10:00 on Friday and throughout the weekend, continue to be sold digitally via Biletix and Mobilet and at the entrance counters at the fairground.
